“Are your products made in America?”
All Hunter Douglas products are designed and assembled right here in the United States.
“Can I use Alexa, Siri, or Google Home to control my blinds?”
Yes! Hunter Douglas offers a variety of options designed to integrate seamlessly with a variety of home automation systems. You can set a timer to open and close your window coverings, adjust lighting according to your mood, and much more!
“Are your products covered by a warranty?”
Hunter Douglas window treatments are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If there are any problems with the fabric, materials, or installation, you’re 100% covered. The pull-cords and any motors are covered for at least 5 years. Our designers are happy to answer any questions you have about warranty coverage.
“Do you offer child-safe blinds?”
Yes! Pull-cord-less and motorized blinds are both great choices for homes with children. Ask our designers to show you our most popular child-safe window treatments.
“What is your service area? Can you come out to my home?”
